Tim Perry has been our general contractor for over 20 years. He has remodeled a family room, renovated 3 bathrooms, replaced all the original windows, completely re-sided the exterior of our house, rebuilt decks, installed hardwood flooring throughout, as well as replacing and retrofitting numerous appliances.

Tim Perry has done extensive work on our San Francisco home; fully renovating the kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a rec room, two bathrooms and has built a beautiful 989-bottle wine cellar. We hired Tim after talking with our friends who had worked with him on their houses. Tim did a global renovation of our 46 year old kitchen after gutting virtually everything— flooring, lighting, cabinets, appliances, entrance, counters, faucets and sink, painting, etc.

He said that the work would be accomplished in 6 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks we had a beautiful, fully functional modern kitchen built to our specifications and needs. We were fully consulted all along the way on materials, design and our actual use of the kitchen. Tim stayed on the project until finished— unlike many contractors; he does not portion his work out to others during construction time. Except for specialized tasks (electricity, complex plumbing), he does it all by himself.

We were so satisfied and impressed that we hired him the following year to renovate our 2 ½ bathrooms. They also have been total successes for us. A few years later, we had him replace and renovate our backyard patio.
